MPAC is a not-for-profit corporation funded by Ontario municipalities. MPAC determines property assessments and maintains school support information on all Ontario properties.
Under Ontario’s four-year assessment update cycle, MPAC updates current value assessments and mails Property Assessment Notices province-wide in the fall of an Assessment Update year. Learn more.
MPAC provides a range of services to government and school board stakeholders across the province.
